I can't find the name of the judge who reduced his sentence. Does anybody know?

But fresh off the heels of a judge who claimed the 14yr old student of a teacher who raped her was actually “in control of the situation”...I think we are really falling apart at the seams..

The thing is, it happened in March, 2012. To say that it happened on the heels of that embarrassing decision in Montana is not quite correct.
