Is there any probles I may need to know about useing a prepaid Debit card while traveing?

I have a prepaid PayPal Debit Card. The mailing address is here in MO. I am going cross country with it and will be using it some in AZ. I don't have a address to transfer it to yet. I will work if used in AZ some when I first get there right?

That way it is ready when the dates come up where I can transfer the money people have sent me to it from PayPal via Wishadoo.

Right now I have $100 to transfer to it starting on the 30th. 21 days after it has been sent I can transfer it to the card and that is the biggest reason I got it since I don't have a bank account.

Thinking of putting $10 more just to make sure it stays active. They take $5 a month off for the fee.

I get 1 more pay check tomorrow and it is all mine! So with the PayPal/Wishadoo money and the last pay check I will have $250 to work with while I try and get a job and fight the red tape my ex SO has left me with for the section 8.

I hope I can just get a job and, with Primavera's help, get a small studio apartment. See they have something like the Salvation Army, just not so restrictive in things like no playing cards and such, where you pay 30% of what you make to stay there while you save for a place. But unlike the Salvation Army, they help you hunt and they even have some transitional housing programs to help.

But they can't do much till my boots hit the ground in Tucson. CODAK has ben alerted to me coming back and the are happy to restart the PTSD treatments that were working great! They say that I may have to start at square one due to the trauma of being back but that is fine with me!

and I don't think you can buy airline tickets-Well maybe if the card has your name on it.

You can't rent cards, buy airline tickets, get cash advances or pay gambling debts with a prepaid "gift" card.

They asked me for the zip code where the card was registered and after entering that information the transaction was approved. You might want to memorize that zip code as a precaution.

Charges from different states will often send a red flag to the card company and if they can't verify that it is you using it, they may put a hold on it to make sure it was not stolen. Happened to me once, now, I always let them know when I intend to use it across state lines.
