Healthcare Tax= much fuss War Tax= nary a peep

There are a couple of threads circulating on DU showing this excellent video which exposes healthcare lies
http://www.upworthy.com/his-first-4-sentences-are-interesting-the-5th-blew-my-mind-and-made-me-a-little-sick-2

One major point of this video is that we pay more than other countries do for healthcare in our taxes, yet they have universal healthcare coverage and while we pay more we still have no coverage. Amazing!

Having spent a lot of years in Quaker meeting houses, I was reminded of these charts:
http://www.warresisters.org/pages/piechart.htm showing 36% of our taxes going for current war with almost no significant complaint from the general population at all.
FY2009 federal piechart

Total Outlays (Federal Funds): $2,650 billion
MILITARY: 54% and $1,449 billion
NON-MILITARY: 46% and $1,210 billion

The media creates so much fuss and argument about healthcare costs. We pay more and get no universal coverage while the war machine chomps more than 1/2 our budget with nary a complaint, except from the marginalized far left.
