How many "good guys with a gun" does it take to take out one "bad guy with a gun"?

How many, so he doesn't kill ayone?

How many, so he doesn't kill more than one person?

How many, so he doesn't kill more than five people?

How do the numbers change, when the gunman exercises his right to wield an assault-rifle?

A terrorist could take out 10,000 at a football game...with the right stuff
