By Associated Press
TRIPOLI, Libya Libyas prime minister says that conditions on the ground are not favorable for a successful probe into attacks that killed the U.S. ambassador and three other Americans last year.
In response to a question from The Associated Press, Ali Zidan said his country continues to cooperate with the United States despite the obstacles facing investigators in the eastern city of Benghazi.
Zidan did not elaborate further during a press conference Sunday in Tripoli, but confirmed that U.S. Republican Congressman Darrel Issa was expected to arrive soon for further investigations.
Libyas nascent security forces continue to rely on militias for security following the 2011 civil war that ousted Moammar Gadhafi. Benghazi, the birthplace of the uprising against Gadhafi, has been among the most volatile cities with security forces under constant attack.

But maybe there are some cars to steal.
