the President's approval has been fluctuating betwee 40 percent and 50 percent over the last year.

Obama. I gave more money to his candidacy than to any other thing I have given money too in my life. I am not happy at a low opinion number for him because that means there are quite a few people who feel as I do. I'd rather it were the other way because if it were that would mean we see Obama living up to what we thought he talked about when he was campaigning.
