Chicago honors student arrested with gun at school

A Chicago high school honors student was arrested after bringing a gun to school.

He claims it was “to protect himself” from gang members.

Hamilton told police he brought it to school to protect himself because gang members had threatened to kill him several times over the last two years.

Only reason he had his gun was because he was AFRAID!!!!

Just another person afraid of the world so he must carry his death machine.

when a city needs police protected safety routes to allow kids to get to school without being killed you know you have a huge problem.

The problem is that getting to and from school is way too dangerous for way too many kids.

It's nothing as bad as the bad old days of the 90s, but it's still pretty bad.
