"Mouseland" by greatest Canadian Tommy Douglas
I first saw this cartoon about ten years ago, as my perception expanded.
As many of you know, Tommy Douglas was voted the Greatest Canadian ever in a poll about a decade ago. He was so named in major part due to his leadership on the installation of the canadian universal health care system (Medicare).
