Hillary is pretty good also. Gillibrand is passionate but her voice is so young.

Is she a national player? Will take a bit more seasoning and needs to polish her delivery.

But, she's definitely the best decision David Paterson ever made.

I have been impressed.
She is progressive on lots of issues. She also does a lot of outreach to her constituents. Not sure some others care that much in 'safe' districts.
