Try hunting people who are on the run (no not like Surviving The Game), like a fugitive. Become a bail enforcement agent, or a process server. I used to be a federal investigator and later a private investigator and worked personal protection details. Hunt someone who is running, has access to a vehicle, can shoot back....

Don't hunt an animal that was eating breakfast when ya got it.

I could not imagine killing such a majestic creature unless it was a matter of life and death. Never for sport.

I grew up hunting, although I stopped when I was about 13 or so...but never for a trophy. We only hunted animals we intended to eat.
