Thing since this will stop some of the abuse by hospitals to charge twice for the same problem. I see many other things which should reduce the outpay from Medicare which is not a necessary expense.
In other words preventive care rather than treating a big problem at a large expense.

I am thinking as more things rolls out on health care the more we will like the results and then Obamacare will then become ACA and the RW will try to claim it as their own.
