When Republican voters look in the mirror?

...do they feel any responsibility for what is happening in Washington with the shutdown?

Or do they mostly support the government shutdown?

What does that tell us about the Republican Party?

Do they have any empathy for the people that are not getting paid and have been told not to show up for work because they are "non-essential"?

Or do most of them simply think it is Obama's fault?

Because they start using lines like, "It's BOTH parties' fault," and, "BOTH parties are to blame." You'll NEVER see them blame the Republicans solely, because in their minds, every bad thing in the known universe is the fault of the Democrats and is the result of the small, tireless band of intrepid Republicans fighting the good fight, but eventually succumbing in the battle to the overwhelming weight of the massive liberal juggernaut.

That's exactly how they think. In their minds, one side making an outrageous "compromise" proposal and the other side refusing to be held hostage equates to, "both sides are to blame."

Oh no, we have to stay impartial. The country is on the brink of a shut down all because a group of Neanderthals. I can hardly wait for next November.
Someone ought to measure the IQ of all those so-called Tea Partiers and see if it's higher than my 8 year old great grandson. It would be close.
