those old rhymes often had a political meaning. Do you know who this was originally referring to? It does fit rush.

As a lasting childhood refrain it serves as a lesson for whatever meaning each generation can attribute to it.
I always thought of the ol humpster as a bully and the ultimate demise thereof.
