It seems like women, and the men who will stand next to them, need to create a much bigger

response than just bringing whatever hell they can to the Jabba the Hut radio guy.

That is sorely out of proportion to the greater disrespecting of women, and by extension, men, which seems to be turning into a conservative pastime for a fair number of people with a public platform. It hurts everyone, and if this small group of men and women continue to behave in this way it supports all the other efforts across states to humiliate, intimidate, and harass others. Right now they seem to think that their speech is ok, since they find other ways to hurt people without using the word slut, and the response is all focused on someone else. The whole tone and attitude goes beyond the contraception and abortion humiliation, including the voting harrasment and racial attacks.

Specifically, shutting down the country for a day would be a counterproductive tactic deriving from almost any strategy, but something along that scale would do nicely. Maybe a couple hundred thousand women, and men, gathering outside Congress and the White House, shut down DC for a week or so, maybe with all of the woman and men dressed in 16th century dress to illustrate how old-fashioned the ideas are? Or maybe everyone in slave chains and aprons? It needs to be humorous, educational, and big enough to make a world-wide impact.

There are times in history when protests mean more than others, and I wonder if this is one of those? People who disagree with these bullies need to push back in some way that illustrates the smallness of this attack, makes it less likely to continue, takes away it's power by helping others understand the problem.

Anyway, just thinkin'...

If there is a march for women, I'm in. As you can see by my screen name, I'm up for ANY protest. This is the time for 'em, you got that right.

Help defend women’s rights and pursuit of equality. Join Americans all across the United States on April 28th, 2012, as we come together as one to tell members of Congress in Washington DC and legislators in all 50 states. "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!”

All Americans have the right to make decisions about their own bodies, including the right to contraception without interference from government, business, or religious institutions.

Everyone is invited to join, plan, and march as WE STAND TOGETHER to demand that every person be granted equal opportunities, equal rights, and equal representation.

running around out there. I think organized women with men could lead a change in this culture, and maybe should just to save those that will be hurt from all this. These idiots seemed determined to set us all back about 3 or 4 hundred years and then rule over the remains. They are organized and determined, and would burn this country to the ground to get their way.

All this despite my assumption that anyone who thinks we did all this in 6000 years is delusional. Yet people listen to them, and just because you have your facts wrong doesn't mean you can't kill a few million people and drive tens of millions into poverty in a cultural\political war against your own country.

Talibangelicals and the people who love them.
