This means that a tiny cabal has brought the US government to its knees.
I think your analysis is partially right. This is driven by a small group of people manipulating a much larger group of people.
The dangerous part is that it could easily get out of hand. Do you think the architects really wanted this shutdown to happen?

(37,540 posts)It's not sedition or treason, but it is criminal activity...and the DoJ ought to scrutinize every legislator's financial moves and expose anyone who is trying to profit from our country's financial footing. making negative law for personal gain ought to be a capital offense.
