Some people do not own or know how to operate a computer. Can you not sign up for the ACA using paper and the US mail or go to a government office and sign up? If not that would be more than a glitch. It would be bad planning.

(11,014 posts)It's the only thing Morning Jerk could talk about. For real. They were lamenting about "if only they had worked up into a frenzy over the glitches in the website". That was their only regret this morning. Not that they had dragged the world near the precipice, and were about to push it over. Only that they regretted not using the website for the new Benghazi.
If 1000 Kentuckians/day are signing up, and who knows how many in other states, it can't be much of a glitch, now can it.
But don't confuse them with facts.
