Who was more responsible for shutdown, Boehner or Cantor?

Boehner gets most of the blame because he is the Speaker but I believe Cantor was calling most of the shots? Like when they changed the "small rule" that did not let anyone vote on stopping the shutdown without the approval of the Speaker or his "designee". That was Cantor's idea - not Boehner's.

It would not be fair to place all the blame on John Boehner and let the weasel, Cantor, slither under the door and out of sight. This was a coordinated effort to shutdown and default our government. THEY shutdown OUR government.

They are all equally to blame! Ted Cruz doesn't have a (T) next to his name! its an (R)!
They created this monster, they are to blame for the monster running amok!

If they don't like it, then they need to throw the bums out and announce a third party
