F is the sixth letter of the alphabet. A is the first letter of the alphabet. That gives us:

What's half of 6? 3! Go 3 letters up from K and what do you get? N

Finally, EarlG's message on why she was banned is "Enough is enough." Look at the second letter of Skinner's name - Skinner. Both are the second letter in a word. Obviously this is telling us to replace the k in her name with S.

I'm watching this on PBS and rather enjoying it:
