Congress complaining that ObamaCare doesn't do enough is like Jeffrey Dahmer calling you a killer.

Snips: "Congress hasn’t accomplished f***-all since 2010. They tried and tried to destroy s*** instead of doing their jobs. And now, these useless moochers, these parasites, these pimples on the arse of our nation; these “representatives” are criticizing the ACA for only partly working. The chutzpah is truly breathtaking. More ranting at the link.

2. I wish Sebelius would just tell those @hole GOPers:
"No matter how bad things are now, they're still better than the insurance company death panels we've had for decades, deciding who lives and dies based on how much they are going to lose on that patient by providing health care to them.
And, of course, it's better than the don't get sick policy so many of you in Congress apparently feel is a sound choice, since up until the Affordable Care Act, very few of you expressed any interest in helping the American people with health care." @holes. Especially Marsha Blackburn from Tennessee. What a piece of work that woman is. Can't stand to look at her or hear her screechy voice. |

6. Comparison for ACA
The best response in recorded history is Alan Grayson's description of the current Republican alternative heath plan.
Don't get sick. But if you do, DIE QUICKLY! That is literally the plan offered to so many prior to the ACA. The good old days where once you got sick and really needed insurance, the insurance loop hole ologists found a reason to drop your policy. What was the stat for medical bankruptcies for people that thought they had "good insurance" again? And Republicans keep trying to sell the old system as better than the ACA? REALLY? It's going to be delicious when these Repubs, on record for their meanness, have to run for reelection. Because by that time, the ACA will be up and running and all American's will rejoice in the benefits for themselves or people in their orbit that require health care. NO MORE BIG INSURANCE DEATH PANELS!!! No more mason jar collections for the local poor little kid that caught cancer! No more putting off needed healthcare until you can't function any more, because you can't afford it! This is a major step to getting us back to the pursuit of happiness, because we will no longer have to worry about losing our life savings if we get a serious illness! I am much happier already! -90% Jimmy |
