Hagel is taking further action against the nine states not following the law about same sex couples in the National Guard - The US Military is already in compliance. (The 9 states, Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Texas, Indiana, West Virgina, Louisiana, Mississippi and I forget the other two). It was on Maddow just now.
