Who helped elect Reagan and the Bushies?

Why it was moderate Democrats, that's who.

We call them Reagan Democrats.

Today's moderates of both parties are people who think we have too many environmental regulations.

What other stupid ideas do moderates have that are holding back our country? Discuss.

The GOP platform is too extreme, so the Reagan Democrats have come "home," and they brought the free market, supply-side stink with them.

It has always been obvious that if the liberal message ever got a fair and balanced hearing in the press, that America would leap to make the progress inherent in true liberalism.

Besides allowing the truth to come forth, the enemies of progress also have infiltrated the party of liberalism, the Democrats, buying as many politicians as they could. Those they couldn't buy they concocted schemes to give them a bad name using the press which they own.

When what we should be doing is steamrolling them.

Everyone you talk to says government is lacking something. Well that something lacking is because there are too many moderates who are compromising with the TBag people!

I call them low information voters.

They also often buy big trucks and SUVs and don't understand the impact of consumerism.

Carter preferred living hostages to the long bloody pointless war that all the yahoos wanted -- and that cost him the presidency

their staging area, two aircraft collided, killing eight service members

Carter had made the proper decision, calling off the operation well before it got anywhere near the intended hot spot, in accordance with the original cautious plan and consistent with professional military advice at the time: it was simply nasty politics then, and remains nasty politics even today, to blame him for that tragic collision
