I have a cousin that looks quite a bit like that, and he's well to the left of me.

I'm not sure what makes people think mullets are a good idea. I never got it even during the (thankfully) brief period they were a thing.

I don't see the person in the picture sporting a tattoo stating his opinion or any other markings that would pin the words on him. Other than connecting Fox News to the words, what's the connection to the picture?
