Houston: Annise Parker has won final two-year term as mayor

7:00 PM PT: Annise Parker has won a final two-year term as Houston's mayor. With 97 percent reporting she leads with 57 percent. Parker made history by becoming Houston's first openly gay mayor with her 2009 win, and she remains the only openly gay person to run one of the five largest cities in the country.
