Vice President Joe Biden called to congratulate Syracuse Mayor Stephanie Miner

"Is this Stephanie?" the voice on the other line said. "This is Joe Biden."
Miner said there was a pause.
Then, probably used to people thinking this was a big practical joke, he said, "The vice president of the United States, Joe Biden."
