That sucks, in my opinion -- She's a presumptuous wannabe "boss" of other people's kids.

A former employee of the radio station has said that this is exactly the kind of thing they have done in the past including their hoax "Donna the Deer Lady".

Halloween has come and gone and no one has come forward to say that their child actually received one of these letters during trick or treat.
