The person Christie has to thank for his win
There is a good and bad message in thsi thread that may offend some people:
On the one hand, the person Christie has to thank is: Barack Obama. Obama did what a REAL president would do: visit an area struck by a Hurricane and offer help. Now, if the president was a Republican from Dixie, said presdient might not have allowed Christie to take pictures with him, or other things to do somethign as trivial as get food into starving children's mouths. Hell, President Mirr Romney or Rand Paul would have played it up as a sign that NYC was evil, and that people should start investing in the GOP controlled states. No, Barack allowed Christie to mug for the Camera because he put the needs of New Jersey people FIRST, the same people CC was willing to let starve under normal circumstances, away from the cameras.
On the other hand, the person CC needs to thank is, Barack Obama. Barack once again listened to the handlers in Washington, the Debbie-Wasserman Schultzes and others that are tryign so hard to shepherd Hillary into the Oval office, so that way they can preserve the identity of the Democratic party as "we can protect rich people too." These are the same motherfuckers that hid Barack's "comfortable shoes" so that he would not go walking over in Wisconsin. Barbara Bouno, a WOMAN DEMOCRATIC candidate, we left in the dust by everything, including Obama and yes, including HILLARY!

So, the moral of this story is, when we do the RIGHT THING, the thing that takes courage, we win, but when we play it sneaky and safe, we lose. Do not count on many saying this though, as they are still in the epic search for that centrists candidate that will unite the shirnking middle class idiots into thinking they will be saved from the stew pot of history if they only attack the poor enough. The sad thing is, both Hillary Clinton and Chris Christie are cut from that exact centrist cloth; either one will tell Wall Street "it's ok, we will make sure whoever deamnds you carry your share of the load gets ground into mush, and that their guts will lubricate your wheels."
