Either The Polls Were Off Or Voter Suppression/Fraud Worked

The VA vote is troubling in that the election was closer than polls indicated. All the races should have had Dems winning by 5 points or more. This situation smells wrong. Sure Dems won. It looks like they came very close to stealing all three elections and probably succeeded with AG.

Or too many Virginians are just plain deranged.

2. There is a spreadsheet online if you want to check it out. Smell means nothing without data.

Albeit, when you do prove election rigging with statistics, no one understands it anyway.

Friends of mine in VA were all over Facebook complaining that their polling places were ghost towns.

He was standing outside the polling place. I asked him about polling and he said it was very close, but "turnout is very good today". This is in one of the bluer areas of Virginia.

It looks like he still lost though.

Pollsters like to make money, and will poll nonstop if paid. If candidates/entities poll for "X", they will always find "X".

McAuliffe was LUCKY to win. He was trounced when he tried to run last time. What had he done during the intervening years to make him more lovable?

This was a choice between the lesser of two evils...an"The Cooch" was apparently MORE evil..

The polls oversampled Fairfax and Loudoun Counties.

When people are polled most do not want to admit that they won't be voting. So they do the poll and give an honest answer to whom they would vote for. But if they don't show up and vote the election results can end up different than the polling.

The General elections of President command a much bigger turnout so the polls and final results are much closer.

11. Or perhaps it is simply that all the 'experts' who pontificate about future events are just guessing

They have a meme they work they know in advance, you see, who is 'competitive' and who is not 'worth the investment' and that power of prediction must not be questioned. Terry was the candidate because those people claimed others 'could not compete' and that Terry would win by huge margins. They were wrong about the margins and perhaps also who should have been the candidate. Turn out was low because voting for a creep because he's our creep is not motivating.
