New Abortion Bill: Lindsey Graham just doesn't get it & he also must be desperate

Graham is going to bring an abortion bill to the senate floor to ban abortion at 20 weeks.

Dude, the people that picked abortion as the issue that drives them to polls are there to support the dem's position of pro choice, legal abortions, not the anti women agenda of baggers.

Apparently, he thinks that saying 24 weeks will appease people.

Tea Party people will think it is too long.

Most other people will see it as too restrictive (particularly if life and health clauses are not in).

I edited my post just now.

The thing is, if 20 weeks passes what stops it at 15 weeks or less.

No ban its a medical procedure.

it means it has to be authorized by a doctor (which is exactly the situation in Europe where abortion is legal without reasons until between 14 and 20 weeks in most country, and then becomes a medical decision).

This basically means that if the decision is not medically warranted (economic reason for example), no abortion.
