“Rob Ford, the mayor of Canada’s largest city, has been caught on videotape staggering around an unknown living room ranting gibberish and gesticulating wildly.”

That is the Toronto Star’s introduction to a new video of the world’s favorite crack-smoking mayor, who on Tuesday — the same day that he admitted to smoking crack-cocaine in a “drunk stupor” — maintained that he will run for reelection. The Star reportedly purchased the video from an unspecified source after the Toronto Sun turned it down.

In the video, a furiously-gesticulating Ford is enraged, ranting about killing a man. “I’m going to kill that f–ing guy,” he yells. “When he’s down, I’ll rip his f–ing throat out.”

Ford continues for a full minute, saying, “I’ll make sure that motherf–ker’s dead. I need f–king ten minutes to make sure he’s dead.” The Star has not identified the man in the video or the man Ford is ranting about.
