There are riding stables in the Bronx, Queens, and CT. She can afford it.

Her kids are not in school. I really wouldn't be surprised if she was taking her kids for a riding lesson and riding herself.

BTW, I live in NYC and I have NOT seen any women wearing jodhpurs. The rich women pay good money to suction the fat off their thighs. They wouldn't be caught dead wearing something that makes them look big around the top of the thighs.

But I didn't wear them anywhere but to and from my house to go riding. I just find that idea a bit outlandish...

My mother wore those when she was a young woman on her farm riding "5 gated horses" !!! I've kept them for just this occasion. I CAN START WEARING THEM!!! Who knew they'd be back in fashion!! We're talking at least the early 1930's. Wow.
