My point is that the death of the Marines has zero to do with whatever happened in Libya. It's a diversion from the issue and the point. Plus, we KNOW what happened in Beirut because it was covered and exposed and written about. This idiotic DEFLECTION you tried is exactly what I saw Tim RUSSERT pull on a caller to C-SPAN. The caller said that, despite RUSSERT’s very past background as a Democratic operative, he had changed into being as much a wingnut shill as Faux Propaganda Network. Of course, they disconnected the caller, and RUSSERT replied, “The caller is mistaken. I work for NBC News. I do not work for Fox News.” And he said it with a self-satisfied smirk as though he had outsmarted the caller. Actually, this is a common stupidity among D.C. inmates, thinking they are smarter with IDIOTIC GIMMICKRY than everybody else.
