"CHICAGO — A man with a gun tattoo on his forehead, already in jail on charges he shot two people in Uptown in August, faces new charges of killing a man and wounding four others in an earlier shooting near an Uptown church just a block away.

Kelsky Patterson, 20, of the 4600 block of South Drexel Boulevard in Kenwood, was charged with first-degree murder, two counts of attempted first-degree murder and two counts of aggravated battery with a firearm."

I used to live near that church. Jeez, that neighborhood is a complete shithole.

BTW, if one chooses to be a criminal, wouldn't one want to be less conspicuous?
