(3,182 posts)I registered and got my plan information in about 15 minutes on the web site. Never saw one glitch.

(13,190 posts)Problem. If you go on the federal site and you put in what state your in if your state has an exchange it automatically takes you to the state exchange

Republican Governor, republican legislature = citizens screwed.

(22,124 posts)info and it kept showing that we had a monthly income of $25,000! I wish! I wouldn't be on the healthcare.gov site if that was true, LOL. We made several calls to the help line on Wed, Thurs. and Fri. but the result was the same. The last person we spoke with said she was "elevating" our application and someone would call us next week.

(177 posts)Next time you try, re-register as a new user. I had the same income glitch, then started fresh. Then, I had the verify identity glithch so I re-registered again. Today I got all the way to the end, but glitched on the very last step.
Hey, at least I'm making progress!

(22,124 posts)who he was! That's when we called again on Friday and they asked us why did we do that when we had an open application Maybe we will try again on Monday.
Good luck! I think we will get there sooner or later .
