Now is an excellent opportunity to get a legislative win

Some enterprising Congress members should immediate draft a bill to demand drug testing for all member's of Congress.

but there isn't a chance in hell that the oompa loompa skidmark in charge would ever allow it up for a vote.

I'm betting on Scumbag (R-FL) making a very personal visitation with his pastor for serious contemplation followed by a public "Aw shucks he's all better now" coming out party after Christmas.
