Charles Manson might be getting married

Charles Manson, the most notorious killer of the twentieth century, has found himself a lovely young lady who is super-excited to marry him.

Rolling Stone has an in-depth feature on Manson coming out in their next issue and Wednesday they dropped the surprising news of Charlie’s engagement. Here he is sporting a new Miley Cyrus haircut with his bride-to-be:

The young woman is simply named Star, a name Manson gave her. Now 25, she started following Manson’s writing at 19 and moved to be near his prison in 2007. She was initially drawn to his pro-environmental writing, and has recently carved an X into her forehead in apparent solidarity with Charlie’s own swastika marking.

“I’ll tell you straight up, Charlie and I are going to get married,” she tells Rolling Stone. “When that will be, we don’t know. But I take it very seriously. Charlie is my husband. Charlie told me to tell you this,” she continues. “We haven’t told anybody about that.”

He has the gift of gab. He's a dispicable person of course but he's a charming dude. He'd have to be to what he was able to do. "Star" is probably playing for a bit of fame or infamy as well.

Here he is, finally getting married to Wife No. 3, and he's still doing the "arms folded cause I'm a tough guy and there's cockroaches piloting the spaceship that is your mind" pose.

Lifers make great husbands. You always know where they are, their snoring won't bother you, you never have to clean nubs out of the bathroom sink and the loo seat will always be down. You don't have to endure farts in bed, drunken stupidity, complaints about domestic cuisine and fights over money and children. You get all the benefits of marriage like being able to boast of your fabulous husband (which no one will take seriously in this case) without having to fish his dirty underwear out from under the bed and his wet towels off the bathroom floor. You get the ring (which she'll undoubtedly purchase herself) without all the hard labor that comes with it.

Go ahead, kid. Just be prepared to run like hell to the divorce court if the parole board ever takes leave of its senses and lets him out.

protect him from the other prisoners. Basically, he's in solitary. How does someone who can't even socialize with the guys he's locked up with find a way to date?

Her actually murdering someone seems plausible. This woman is probably not right in the head and Manson's not stranger to manipulating young women to kill.

Enjoy.

Your perspectives are off-base. This marriage is far less important than Air, Trees, Water, and Animals. We're running out of water. We're constantly polluting the air that we breathe. We're destroying the very thing our life is dependent upon (all life is one life).
The marriage of true minds - like Shakespeare said. We're marrying in ATWA. The air and the water is our spirit, the trees and the animals are our flesh and blood.
