What isyou legistlative wish list for the first 3 months of 2014?

I was talking to my wife and she and I came to a wish we had for 2014.


If some miracle can happen in the first 3 months of 2014 that would be a living wage in this country being passed. even if they take a year and a half to come into full being.


My wife and I are a 2 people family we have a tight budget and we haven't had came in 4 years. we are trying to stream Rachel show right now and we know there are billions more who have it worse than we do. BUT if we got that min wage raised to a living wage and nothing else happened we honestly believe it would bring a lot of people a huge step forward.

1. Agreed.

However, I think the only thing that can bring about a living wage is a Democratic wave election in 2014. Because we know we can't actually pass any legislation (the House won't let us), I want to pass tons of stuff in the Senate to force the R's to cast votes that hurt their chances for re-election. Sadly, that's the most I can hope for at this time.

while Congress as a whole does nothing.

I want them OUT OF OFFICE and this is the only way we'll get it.
