No More Filibuster - Sometimes it seems the USA has just one problem, Republicans

It started getting bad with Reagan, but they are becoming an evermore-irritating pustule on the body politic.

We need (to) break the gridlock in Washington. Enough is enough. A change to the rules regarding presidential nominees will apply equally to both parties. When Republicans are in power, these changes will apply to them as well. That’s simple fairness.

This still does no end the House obstructing progress. 2014 is no less a priority, but now obstruction will be focused on the House Republicans before election with issues like the minimum wage.

I suspect that this attitude is what keeps us from dealing with our problems. I don't want to let the GOP become the excuse for not doing so.

Call me when the House passes something. The obstruction will go on even without a filibuster in the Senate, at least until after 2014.
