Judge Calls 13-Year-Old Girl Who Was Sexually Assaulted by a 41-Year-Old "Predatory"

This week in the UK, Judge Nigel Peters gave a suspended sentence to 41 year-old Neil Wilson after he pleaded guilty to “making extreme pornographic images and one count of sexual activity” with a 13 year-old girl. The judge explained his leniency as stemming from the fact that “the girl was predatory and was egging you on.” During the trial, the prosecution had declared the girl was “sexually experienced” and that “She appeared to look around 14 or 15 and had the mental age of a 14 or 15 year old despite being younger than that. There was sexual activity but it was not of Mr. Wilson’s doing, you might say it was forced upon him despite being older and stronger than her.” Law enforcement also found “a stash of images and videos depicting child abuse and bestiality” in Wilson’s home, but sure, the 13 year-old girl is the predator here.

Paedophile whose victim was described as predatory has sentence increased
Judge who granted suspended sentence lengthens overall term by four months on technicality over indecent images charges

A convicted paedophile who escaped jail after his 13-year-old victim was described by a prosecutor as predatory has had his sentence increased because of a technicality.

Neil Wilson was given an eight-month suspended sentence after admitting he had engaged in sexual activity with the girl – as well as separate counts of making indecent images – at Snaresbrook crown court in east London last week.

News that the prosecutor Robert Colover had described the victim as predatory and sexually experienced caused outrage and led to his suspension from prosecuting sexual offence cases pending a review by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS).

Montana Teacher Who Raped Student Free After 31-Day Sentence

The former teacher who admitted raping his 14-year-old student was released from a Montana prison today after serving 30 days of his 31-day sentence. Stacey Rambold received the lenient sentence last month, after a Montana judge said the victim was “older than her chronological age” and “as much in control of the situation” as Rambold.

Rambold raped Cherice Morales in 2008, when Morales was a student at Billings Senior High School in Billings, Montana. In 2010, while the case was pending, Morales committed suicide. Morale's mother would later say Rambold's assault was a “major factor” in her daughter's suicide.

51. What definition of rape is "non-predatory"
Sun Nov 24, 2013, 09:56 PM
Nov 2013

We are talking about porn where women are depicted as being beaten, mutilated, and murdered. In what conceivable notion is that non-predatory? Oh, I know. That judge's. The girl choose to be raped, she egged it on. The porn stars choose to be raped because it gets off misogynists (except when they are enslaved and have no choice). Those women in the porn flicks are asking for it, just like this child. One even insisted that 95% of women in real life are aroused by violence. So what have we got to complain about it? We're asking for it.

Moreover, the British law isn't in effect yet, and your efforts to use this child's assault to justify rape porn, and thereby the propagation of rape culture, is repulsive.

It has become crystal clear this week that too many men here feel entitled to get off on violence against women. In fact, many insist that violence against women only be discussed in relation to its arousal for men. Rape prevention PSAs that target rapists are "misandrist" and "harangue" men. Men bear no responsibility for rape; that falls to the victim, precisely as this judge asserts.

This sentence is the result of rape culture, of those who justify the eroticization of rape for their own titillation, who place responsibility on women for avoiding rape. This is the world made for and by rapists and rape pornographers.

She looked older than 14. How could a 41 year old man possibly resist her assault on him.

A judge allowed a paedophile to walk free after his 13-year-old victim was described as a 'sexual predator' who was 'egging him on' to engage in a sexual act.
Judge Nigel Peters told Neil Wilson, 41, who pleaded guilty to the abuse, he had also taken account the fact the child looked older.
Wilson lured the teenager to his home in Romford, Essex, where he watched her strip out of her school uniform before she performed a sex act on him.
The abuse did not come to light until the girl confided in a friend who then told police.

The judge said in open court:

‘I have taken in to account that even though the girl was 13, the prosecution say she looked and behaved a little bit older.
‘You knew she was not nearly 16 as she said and your plea of guilty recognises that you knew.
‘Allowing her to visit your home is something we have to clamp down on and in normal circumstances that would mean a significant term in prison.
‘On these facts, the girl was predatory and was egging you on.
