blocks of unbroken text to look at.

Big fan of the TL;DR

As long as the facts are accurate, relevant and salient, this "reader" has no problems with memmering.

They pay their employees (sorry, ASSOCIATES ) a pittance, encourage them to go on public assistance, and then reap profits from it.

Want to see a welfare queen? Look no further than Alice Walton.

. . . and then lobby Congress and state legislatures to do away with public assistance.

When will Americans realize that these corporate assholes need us more than we need them?

the Waltons could give each of their 2 million slaves $75,000.
Now then of course, they wouldn't have any money left. Can't have that, can we. So just give them each $7500/year, cut profit a little. Should be able to do that forever.

I'm not sure how they live with themselves. I couldn't do it. How much money does one need? If I somehow fell into 500 million I'd be happy with no more than 5% of it and donate the rest.

I'm best classified as agnostic, there is something mysterious about all this (how can something spring from nothing - and at some point there had to be nothing) but the details? Nobody really knows in reality. But, if there is some version of Hell I would hope an especially nasty wing of it is set up from the Waltons, greed to the nth power is indeed a sin, they are scum.
