OH Bill Would Require Men Submit Affidavit From Sex Partner Confirming Impotence B4 Receiving Viagra

An Ohio State Senator is turning the tables on men seeking to regualate women’s access to reproductive health. Sen. Nina Turner (D-Cleveland) has introduced legislation regulating men’s access to erectile dysfunction drugs. The Dayton Daily News has the details:

Before getting a prescription for Viagra or other erectile dysfunction drugs, men would have to see a sex therapist, receive a cardiac stress test and get a notarized affidavit signed by a sexual partner affirming impotency, if state Sen. Nina Turner has her way.

The Cleveland Democrat introduced Senate Bill 307 this week.

A critic of efforts to restrict abortion and contraception for women, Turner says she is concerned about men’s reproductive health… Turner said if state policymakers want to legislate women’s health choices through measures such as House Bill 125, known as the ‘Heartbeat bill,’ they should also be able to legislate men’s reproductive health.

Mon Mar 12, 2012, 10:33 AM

man and society puts all of who a man is on his erection. this is where i have a problem with all this. just getting to the point of being comparable to what they are doing to women, i am going to a point that i know is hurtful to men. and i love men so. so many in my life, i would never want to give them this. whenever i listen to a man degrade women, i could easily throw the shit back. but to do that is so insulting.... i dont. cause ultimately, it is not my issue and attacks my man.

but, to challenge a mans erection is to challenge god himself... or his manhood. so, in many ways, i think this is very comparable. and i think it is needed to say out loud. that is the difference from men in the past being able to go after women, and men today going after women. women are no longer in the kitchen barefoot, and have the ability to speak out and be heard. unlike the past attack on women.

He has to go to a radiologist and do what is necessary for an erection. Then when he has failed to get one, an x-ray be taken of the flacid penis and placed in his file for reference (or, alternatively, an x-ray of the erect penis, to be placed in his file to show why the ins. co. would not pay for his viagra)..

In an effort to truly stop out of wedlock childbirth, men need to be married and of child bearing age & capability, with a wife also of child bearing age and capability in order to apply for a permit for Viagra. Infertility is grounds for rejection. No recreation procreation allowed for men or women!

If they were serious, this would be law too, but they aren't. They only want to control women, as if eggs fertilized themselves.

80. Dear Mr. Man: According to federal law, The Commission has been informed by your Dr.
Sat Mar 17, 2012, 04:30 PM
Mar 2012

that you have requested a prescription for Viagra.

This postcard has been sent to you as an automatic response to that notification. Congratulations on becoming the newest member of The Viagra Database. Your name will be included in The Viagra Database regardless of the outcome of your request. Your stated support of Women's Rights bears no weight in this decision; You are a Man, therefore you suck.

As you may or may not know, The Commission was created to ensure that every male in The United States is made to pay for the transgressions of every OTHER male who has ever lived. You and your Broken X chromosome will finally get what's coming to you.

Your participation in the War Against Women has all but been confirmed by the aforementioned request for Viagra.

After thorough investigation and assistance from the heroic organization known as Anonymous, it was discovered that you, on April 28 of last year, at 1:28 a.m., accessed an internet site whose sole purpose is the conveyance of pornography. This implies that you at least once in the last year have achieved an erection, and do not in fact need Viagra. This information will also be used as evidence of your participation in the War Against Women.

Further investigation has revealed that you were born in the same month, year, and county as another carrier of the Broken X chromosome who is currently using his elected position in an attempt to deny Women their rights. That you failed to strangle this elected carrier of the Broken X in his infancy and thus prevent his participation in the War Against Women is further evidence of your participation in the War Against Women. As you may know, you are either part of the solution or part of the problem. Your failure in this regard marks you as part of the problem.

The Commission has taken into account that you are a diabetic survivor of prostate cancer. It has been decided that if you hadn't eaten the types of foods cooked by the evil Janice Dean, you could have possibly avoided the diabetes. As far as the prostate cancer goes, Karma's a bitch, isn't it?

Long story short; your request has been denied.

Should you disagree with this denial, please have this 11" x 18" postcard signed and notarized by 10 people whose participation in this process can be seen as neutral, place a neon yellow Viagra Request Stamp in the upper right hand corner of the postcard, and display it on the billboard located outside your local Post Office.

The Commission would like to offer you a small piece of advice: Lose the penis. It's been getting in the way for thousands of years and has only made things worse for the Human Race than they otherwise might have been. Besides, when The Commission finally perfects and implements the Sperm Extraction Device (see picture below), not only will Viagra be unnecessary but women will no longer be forced to suffer through sex with men. Lastly, only enough Broken X carriers will be allowed to survive as is needed to sustain Zero Population Growth.

P.S. As federal law requires, The Commission has called your Wife in response to your request. She has informed The Commission that you STINK IN BED. For this reason, you've been placed in the STINKS IN BED Database as well.

Respectfully
The Commission
