Bid Ed wants to know why TPP? He needs to look at the numbers.

India over 1 billion population, China over 1 billion population, and then the good old USA with 300 million.

We have become a boutique market to the the producers and lucky we are even at the table.

other countries would be fine if they were buying what we make. But that has not been the case. We get to be the buyer while they provide the labor etc. Another problem is the lose of sovereignty to the corporations who override the laws to be able to sell. Laws on the environment, etc.

we wonder why there is a parts shortage here. We are just to small a market to bother with.

We have to get back to producing what we need and quit worrying about what it cost. We have to start pricing what it costs to make and include a living wage. Set WallyWorld free to do all it's business oversea.

Except we are 10 times the size of Canada and much closer. China is 4 times our size and much further away.
