Jobs Report & Obamacare - Is Obamacare helping small businesses get bigger?

If I recall correctly, you can pay a "standard fee" and not offer health insurance, which means your employees can go to the exchange.

Does this mean that small businesses can now control their health care expenditures instead of relying strictly on the insurance companies?

Or is it that Obamacare means more people will have access to health care, which means the providers need to expand their staff (nurses, physician's assistants, billing clerks, receptionists, etc.)?

I think the big companies are going to want to get into the savings game (if it is true). Next year on the exchanges should be FUN!

Thank heavens Obama and the Democrats have been able to turn the economy around - every time we put a Republican in the White House, it looks like they try to rape, pillage and burn the national economy.

Unemployment going down, debt going down, wars over, foreign policy keeping America (and innocents everywhere) safer (Syria with no chemical weapons / Iran not being nuclear), civil rights issues being addressed --

Okay, I still want better environmental protections, better enforcement against Wall Street and rich people evading taxes, and the whole "regular mass shooting" thing addressed, but I'm feeling pretty happy with Obama's performance this year.

Now if his judges actually get appointed, it will make me almost as happy as if I'd gotten my mythical pony!
