Now that I'm 70, those ages seem young. Anyway, I enjoyed the link. My favorite quote there is Gertrude Stein's: "We are always the same age inside."

I had a land lady in her early/mid seventies, who told me she did not feel that old. Now, eons later, that I am getting to be that same age, neither do I.
