(24,645 posts)are just too cold. Honest, perhaps, but brutal.
brutally efficient at killing, because that's what they are designed to do. We must not only remember the innocent victims, but how the NRA-enabled American gun culture contributed to their deaths.

(21 posts)that these sick individuals would simply give up their obsession because there were no guns around?
You can find out how to make bombs or poisons in a matter of minutes with a simple search on the internet. The worst school massacre ever was actually from someone using bombs.
I think its sad that people think that violence only happens because guns are so readily available. What many people don't understand is that thanks to the internet, other methods are just as readily available also, people just don't need to use them yet.
This horrible violence will not be stopped until you ban everything and stick people in a box.
Or figure out what's going on inside their heads and go to the source.
Much easier to go after guns though I suppose.

(21 posts)but not anymore.
In a matter of minutes these sick people will find out exactly how easy it is to go under their kitchen sink and get supplies to build a little bomb and stick it in their lunchbox. "Hey..I won't even have to be there when it goes off....."
They use guns because they are more accessible and haven't had to figure out other ways to do their dastardly deeds. They don't commit violent acts just because guns exist.
We've had guns in this society for ever and there was never this big of a problem so obviously its not the guns.
There is a bigger problem here that gun-grabbers don't want to admit to because the answers are a lot harder to find.
