according to NBC news.
Maybe for our next protests, Kiev officials can come over here and stick up for us????

(11,175 posts)The government of the Ukraine can designate certain areas -- they don't need to be where public officials, media representatives, or the general public will readily notice them -- and tell the protestors to confine their activities to those areas. The police won't arrest anyone except the radicals who stray outside the free speech zones.
Surely Gramps couldn't have any objection to that arrangement?
