They'd just spend it on booze so they'd get drunk and forget about their devalued, upside down, soon to be illegally but successfully repossessed house and their out sourced, down graded, independent contracted, Mc Job and out dated. out modded, under funded, over Fundied, 1800's era public school system their depressed, hyper active, attention deficit, bullied yet ignored children go to. 1.5 million? Pffft. Plenty of fodder left
