EEOC: Religion with work hit a painful nerve with some dental clinic employees

It looks as though this dental office wanted to drill some of their employees with religion.

So, instead of just jawboning about their work environment , a handful of now ex-workers of a Miami-Dade County dental practice contacted the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). The workers said they had to sink their teeth into activities that involved Scientology, and to study the religion on a daily basis while at work or face consequences, according to an EEOC complaint, reports The Miami Herald.

This occasionally required them to sit perfectly still at the office, facing one another for eight-hour stare-downs, according to their complaint.

Did their claim have any bite?
