for all the DUers who are posting such bitter comments today. No matter what your religious persuasion, or lack thereof, it's good to have one day when you can see the world in a better light. Merry Christmas

(33,606 posts)a day like this can also point out to someone the gross hypocrisy of many religions and religious people. And how the central tenet of a religion is ignored in favor of hatred and inhumanity.
It is also a sad and lonely day for some people. And telling them they should be celebrating and seeing the world in a better light is more depressing.

(53,661 posts)But every day is a good day.
Meaning, everyday you're alive is a gift no matter how bad it feels.
Memories of people and places made me weep last night, wishing I could relive those days.
It's weird you know the end of something great is coming, but you wanna hold on, just for one more second just so it can hurt a little more.
Trash Thread and Ignore whoever is upsetting you. Give yourself a good day, no one elso can give it to you.
