Wife and I registered for the Washington State exchange in late Oct and on Dec 22nd we chose our plan made the commitment, we are able to get coverage without payment with our tax subsidy...good news.
The bad news is we called Monday to the heath insurance company to see if we were GOOD to go and they said......wait for it wait for it.... we were not enrolled and there has been no sign that any attempt to enroll was made.
Called the exchange customer service line and they said the opposite that we were enrolled and could not figure out why the insurance company is not seeing it.... so we have to wait till our problem reaches escalation and is resolved till we can use the insurance...
STRIKE ONE.

'Please' should always be used, but DON'T sit on it.
