The Rachel Maddow Show is podcast daily on iTunes
They only keep the most recent episode available for download,
as soon as the next episode is uploaded, the old one is removed.
They have two podcasts, one for video and one for audio-only.
The video is over 200 megabytes.
The audio-only is around 10 megabytes.
If you have iTunes, search for Rachel Maddow in the iTunes store and subscribe, the most recent episode should be downloaded automatically.
